POSH PETS' Business Policies
- Pets are groomed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Pets are accepted for grooming between the hours of 9 AM
and 1 PM. Pets presented after 1 PM may be accepted for grooming
at the discretion of the groomer.
- Pets must be left in the care of Posh Pets for the duration
of their grooming; owners will be contacted by phone when
grooming is completed and pets are ready for pick-up.
- An additional $20 holding fee is charged for pets not picked-up
within 2 hours of notification that their grooming is completed.
- Walk-ins are accommodated on a space available basis before
1 PM on weekdays, but not on weekends or day before holidays.
- Infirm, aggressive, and pets with injuries or special needs
will be referred to veterinarians for grooming or boarding.
- Pets are never sedated for services at Posh Pets.
- Special services, such as teeth brushing, are charged in
addition to the basic grooming rate.
- No cash refund for returned merchandise; store credit or
exchange only with sales receipt. Merchandise must be unused,
in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of
purchase.
POSH PETS' Boarding Policies
- Current certificate of vaccination must be presented.
- Dogs must be vaccinated for Rabies, DHPP, and Bordatella
(Canine Cough, within 6 months of boarding).
- Cats must be vaccinated for Rabies, FVRCP, and Leukemia.
- Ten percent (10%) discount on stays of 8 days or more.
- Pick-up before 1 PM on last day of stay or day care fee
applies.
- Medications will be administered for an additional fee.
- Boarding rates may be higher during holiday periods.
- Non-refundable $50 deposit required at time of reservation.
- Fifty percent (50%) of total boarding cost must be paid
when pet is dropped-off. Other 50% must be paid when pet
is picked-up.
- Boarding pets are cared for every day. However, pets may
not be picked-up or dropped off on holidays when Posh Pets
is closed for business.
- Posh Pets reserves the right to estimate the size and weight
of dogs and to determine applicable boarding rates at its
discretion.
- All goods and services are subject to applicable sales
tax.
